After many years of underwater experiences in recreational diving, in Thessaloniki and Halkidiki, Sea World Scuba Diving Center and Petros Mimidas felt the need to evolve and start a new, friendly, and above all, family Diving Center.
And they chose… the island Corfu!
SeaWorld Corfu PADI 5* CDC (career development center) center started its operation in April 2018. It’s the one and only PADI 5* CDC (career development center) center in Corfu and is located in the east coast of the island, in Dassia. It is in the facilities of the 5* Ikos Dassia Resort, only 10 minutes driving north from Corfu town and 15minutes drive from Corfu Airport.
Our mission is to meet the highest standards regarding scuba diving experiences, to train new
divers or guide already experienced ones. All these are done according to safety, using properly
maintained equipment, which leads to customers and employees satisfaction.
Our vision is to remain one of the best and well known diving centers in Greece. Our goal is to
improve day by day and keep on setting the standards for recreational diving in Greece, as we
keep on doing since 1993.
The Company has an unparalleled reputation in diving experience and has been instructing and
training its divers according to PADI standards from Open Water to Professional Instructor level,
for well over 30 years.
As divers ourselves, we are really passionate with our job and we care deeply about our
customers satisfaction. These are our main objectives, and are succeeded under strict
professionalism. You will find this philosophy reflected in every aspect of our daily operation, from
our friendly dive-staff, to the convenient location of our diving center. We all know that location

SeaWorld Corfu diving center is the newest diving center in Corfu. Every customer will definitely

The weekly program of the diving center offers a wide choice of diving sites, from shore or by boat
in the beautiful bays nearby. Corfu has always been a unique place rated as one on the top ten
diving destinations in Greece.

Πριν από τρία χρόνια, ήρθαμε εδώ για πρώτη φορά για να κάνουμε καταδύσεις, έχοντας καθησυχαστεί από τις κριτικές που δημοσιεύτηκαν εδώ. Μετά από δεκάδες καταδύσεις τα τελευταία τρία χρόνια, τους επιλέξαμε ξανά για να αποκτήσουμε την πιστοποίηση Open Water Advanced. Λειτουργούν επαγγελματικά από κάθε άποψη: η ποιότητα του εξοπλισμού, η συμπεριφορά των εκπαιδευτών και του προσωπικού, ο σχεδιασμός των καταδύσεων και η τήρησή τους στο πρόγραμμα, και ούτω καθεξής... Θα θέλαμε ιδιαίτερα να ευχαριστήσουμε τον Αντώνιο για μια ευχάριστη και ασφαλή εμπειρία εκπαίδευσης. Αυτό είναι το κατάλληλο μέρος όχι μόνο για μια ευχάριστη και ασφαλή κατάδυση, αλλά και για πιστοποίηση PADİ με μια φιλική ομάδα.

Υπέροχο σύγχρονο κέντρο καταδύσεων με πρότυπα PADI. Πολύ καθαρό, με όλο τον απαραίτητο εξοπλισμό για ασφαλή και ευχάριστη κατάδυση. Όλη η ομάδα είναι φιλόξενη και επαγγελματική, ακόμη και πριν την άφιξή σας — ευχαριστώ Σοφία για όλη τη βοήθειά σας στην οργάνωση των πάντων! Όλα έγιναν πολύ εύκολα, χωρίς άγχος και με ασφάλεια. Ολοκλήρωσα το μάθημα Deep Diver με τον Ricardo, ο οποίος ήταν εξαιρετικά υπομονετικός και έμπειρος σε όλη τη διαδικασία. Ολοκλήρωσα επίσης τα μαθήματα Αναζήτησης & Ανάκτησης και Πλοήγησης με τον Πέτρο, ο οποίος ήταν εξίσου υπομονετικός και έμπειρος. Ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ επίσης στους άλλους εκπαιδευτές και το πλήρωμα που συμμετείχαν στις καταδύσεις με σκάφος, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των Αντώνη, Ματίας και Μπόρις. Μπορώ μόνο να συστήσω ανεπιφύλακτα αυτό το κέντρο καταδύσεων και την ομάδα του, είτε είστε αρχάριος είτε προχωρημένος δύτης. Σίγουρα θα ξαναέρθω! 🤿

Καταπληκτική εμπειρία στο Sea World PADI 5 * Corfu! Όλοι είναι πολύ χαλαροί και υπέροχοι. Ο εκπαιδευτής καταδύσεων μου, Αντώνιος, ήταν πολύ αστείος, ψύχραιμος και καθαρός.

Πέρασα φανταστικά ολοκληρώνοντας το μάθημα ανοιχτής θάλασσας με τον Αντώνιο. Ένιωσα πολύ πιο σίγουρος προς το τέλος και μπόρεσα να δω μια αφθονία θαλάσσιας ζωής.

To anyone considering a holiday in Corfu, you simply must visit the Sea World Diving Centre in Dassia. Pedro was incredibly helpful and pleasant—he explained everything—and the whole family was very friendly and accommodating. I paid for just one photo but received at least twenty. It was an experience of a lifetime.
